**1. Introduction**

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of images and services provided by Three Sixty Plus, including its owner, Manjot Singh, and its service partner, Lenspassions Photography. By engaging with LensPassions Photography, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

**2. Definitions**

- "LensPassions Photography" refers to the professional photography services provided by Manjot Singh and Three Sixty Plus under the LensPassions Photography brand.

- "Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of LensPassions Photography.

- "Images" refer to photographs, visual media, or any other content produced by LensPassions Photography.

**3. Image Usage**

3.1. **Ownership**: LensPassions Photography retains full ownership of all Images produced during the engagement, whether in a digital or printed format.

3.2. **License to Client**: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Images for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as personal portfolios, social media, and personal prints.

3.3. **Commercial Usage**: Any commercial usage of the Images is strictly prohibited unless a separate written agreement is reached between LensPassions Photography and the Client, specifying the terms and compensation for such usage.

**4. Period of Usage**

4.1. **Perpetual License**: The Client's license to use the Images is perpetual, meaning there is no time limit for personal and non-commercial use.

4.2. **Commercial Usage**: The period for commercial usage, if granted, will be specified in the separate written agreement.

4.3. **Modification of Usage Time**: LensPassions Photography reserves the right to change the period of usage at any time, with written notice to the Client.

**5. Review after 12 Months**

The Client and LensPassions Photography agree to review and potentially amend this agreement after 12 months from the date of the photo shoot. This review will serve to ensure that the terms and conditions remain relevant and appropriate for both parties.

**6. Use by Owner**

LensPassions Photography reserves the right to use the Images for self-promotion, marketing, or any other lawful purpose.

**7. Use by Other Agencies**

7.1. **Non-Exclusive License**: Images produced by LensPassions Photography may not be used by any agency without the express written permission of the Client.

7.2. **Agency Usage with Client Permission**: In the event that an agency wishes to use the Images, they must obtain written permission from the Client.

**8. Service and Co-Partners**

Manjot Singh and Three Sixty Plus are service partners and co-partners of LensPassions Photography. The terms and conditions stated herein apply to all entities collectively. Any services provided by LensPassions Photography through its partners are also governed by these Terms.

**9. Modifications**

LensPassions Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will take effect upon posting on LensPassions Photography's official website or through direct communication with the Client.

**10. Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by the laws of AmritsarJurisdiction without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
