Three Sixty Plus Membership Comunity Terms and Conditions

Membership Agreement
Welcome to the Three Sixty Plus Community!
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Three Sixty Plus Community (the "Community"), including all related services, features, content, and applications. By accessing or using the Community, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Community.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of the Community.
2. Membership Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
You agree to notify Three Sixty Plus immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Three Sixty Plus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Use of the Community
The Community is intended for discussions, networking, and sharing information related to product photography and website design services.
You agree to use the Community only for lawful purposes and in a manner that is consistent with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
Spam: Send unsolicited or irrelevant messages to other members.
Post External Links: Share links to external websites, including personal websites, websites of other businesses, or websites for games.
Promote Games or Gambling: Discuss or promote any games, gambling activities, or related events.
Share Personal Information: Share your personal contact information or the personal contact information of others without their consent.
Engage in any activity that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Use the Community for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Content
You are solely responsible for the content that you post, upload, or otherwise transmit through the Community.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share such content.
Three Sixty Plus reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or that is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
5. Three Sixty Plus Services
Three Sixty Plus may use the Community to promote its own product photography and website design services.
This may include sharing information about its services, running contests or promotions, and providing exclusive offers to members.
6. Termination
Three Sixty Plus may terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Community is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Three Sixty Plus be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Community.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Amritsar (Punjab) Jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this Agreement
Three Sixty Plus reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any material changes to this Agreement.
